Returns & Refunds policy

If there’s a problem with an order—like a manufacturing error or a damaged item—we’ll offer a free replacement or a full refund. You do not need to return the product. We take full responsibility for these cases.

If the customer changes their mind, orders the wrong size, picks the wrong item, or simply decides that the customer does not want the item anymore, Divine Women of Power International will consider the purchase a donation, hence, there will be no returns accepted and no refunds provided.

The customer is welcome to place a new order at customers own expense.

Terms & Conditions – Event Tickets

• All Sales Final
  Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is cancelled by the organizers.

• Event Changes
  The organizers reserve the right to adjust the program, schedule, venue, or entertainment as necessary. In case of major changes, ticket holders will be notified.

• Event Cancellation
  If the event is cancelled, purchasers will be offered either a full refund or the opportunity to convert their ticket into a donation.

• Photography & Media
  By entering the event, you consent to being photographed or recorded. Images and footage may be used for future promotional or organizational purposes unless written objection is provided in advance.
